About ServerList

Built for the Minecraft community

ServerList is a directory for Minecraft servers. Players use it to find somewhere worth logging into. Owners use it to see who is finding them, where those players come from, and what makes them stay.

174 Servers tracked
191,387 Votes cast by players
3,992 Reviews written

Taken from our own logs in July 2026. The live version of every number on this page, including traffic and top servers, is public on the statistics page.

Mission

Why we built this

Finding a Minecraft server used to mean scrolling past a wall of dead IPs and player counts that were typed in by hand a year ago.

So we built the version we wanted to use. Every listing is claimed by its owner and pinged on a schedule, the ranking is driven by player votes rather than by whoever shouts loudest, and owners get the same measurements we look at internally.

A player should be able to find a server that fits how they actually play. An owner should be able to see where their players come from without guessing. That is the whole product.

The platform

What the site does

  1. 01 The directory Servers across every mode: Survival, PvP, Factions, Prison, Skyblock and everything in between. Each entry belongs to an owner who keeps it current.
  2. 02 Search and filters Filter by game mode, platform (Java, Bedrock or crossplay), player count, region, version and tags. The filters stack, so you can be as specific as you want to be.
  3. 03 Live status We ping listed servers continuously. The player count you see is from the last check, not from whenever someone last edited the page.
  4. 04 Owner analytics Impressions, votes, IP copies, geography and engagement, in one dashboard. 4.7 million listing impressions measured so far.
  5. 05 Voting The ranking is built from player votes, one per player per day. A server climbs because the people already on it keep coming back.
  6. 06 Events Owners post resets, seasons, drops and tournaments. Players get one calendar covering every server on the list.

How we work

Four things we do not compromise on

We publish our numbers

Every figure on this page comes from the same public statistics page that anyone can open. Owners see the same measurements we do, not a marketing version of them.

Quality over volume

We would rather carry 174 listings we ping ourselves than ten thousand entries scraped from another list, most of which stopped answering years ago.

Community first

Feature changes come from what owners and players write to us about. Very little of what shipped this year started life in an internal roadmap document.

Always in progress

Search, analytics and discovery get worked on constantly. Nothing here is finished, and the parts people complain about tend to get fixed first.

Two sides

Whether you play or build

If you run a server

  • A free listing in front of roughly 72,000 visitors a month
  • Analytics covering impressions, votes, IP copies and geography
  • Votes that move you up the ranking as your players return
  • Event posts on the public calendar for resets and seasons
  • Paid boost slots when you want reach beyond your rank
  • Discord webhooks so votes land in your own server

If you just want to play

  • Search by mode, region, version and platform
  • Live player counts before you commit to an IP
  • One vote a day for the servers you want to see do well
  • An events calendar covering the whole list
  • Reviews from 3,992 players who stayed long enough to write one
  • New listings as owners add and claim them
