I think you just have a potato. No offence. =]
1. Never lets you join
2. Mostly very laggy
3. Water is insanely glitchy
This is a good server but you should let people with legend ranking get a custom artifact

On Java Edition

Open Minecraft Java Edition and choose Multiplayer.
